On the day of your arrival your pre-booked room will be at your disposal starting from 14.30 hours.
On the day of your departure, we kindly request you to be out of the room by 10.30 hours.
Excess fee is an unpleasant expression for both you and us. We would kindly request that you fully understand that in case there is a cancellation of the booking we will be forced to bill you as follows:
up until 30 days before the arrival date: 0%;
no charge, from 29 to 10 days before the arrival date 10%;
from 9 to 1 days before the arrival date 25%;
in case of late arrival and early departure 50%.
The deposit can be kept in any case and not be subject to this clause.
The pre-booking of your stay will become binding as a consequence of your deposit payment.
Travel insurance: to avoid unpleasant situations we would advise you to contact the hotel for the guaranteed deposit by taking advantage of the SECURE PRE-BOOKING service.
Otherwise, you could request at the hotel reception to activate in your favor the SAFE CLIENT insurance policy which will cover you for the duration of your stay here. This price list cancels and replaces all previous tariffs.
We reserve the right to modify our prices and offers at any given moment. We would like to advise you to book treatments and excursions whilst you are still at home.
